Wellcome
I LOVE Vermouth!
“Amillo” vermouth is made with a base wines from Jerez, mainly old Oloroso, adding natural sweet, as it's Pedro Ximenez and macerated with more than 30 botanists as Wormwood, cardamom, cinnamon, thyme, nutmeg, rosemary, nail, and more...
Nose: Voluptuous on the nose, with botanical and balsamic tones due to the richness of plants and seeds used and due to the aging in American oak boots. The combination of nuances of raisins and oxidative aging is appreciated. An elegant and complex nose.
Mouth: Dense and mellow palate. Very round result of the aging of the different wines that compose it. Very penetrating and a long aftertaste. The nuances of aging are perfectly appreciated, as well as the combination of the different wines used to it's elaboration.
Color: Very dark mahogany, practically black due it's aging in American oak barrels. With beautiful borders transformed into tears that permeate the walls of the glass.
