In Mas del Nen winery from Sarral, Tarragona, they elaborate this great rosé wine “Pell de Ceba” that characterizes them so much. Since they collect the grapes from 5 a.m. and follow the process of making a white wine but exerting a minimum pressure on the grapes to not extract a bit more color. In this way they get this color that reminds the skin of an onion.
Wellcome

A warm wine due the varietal used is the black grenache that so good wines presents to us but, in this case, not macerating the tannic refines the product to a good white one.
We recommend don't serve it extremely cold due it's a red varietal and it doesn't need an excessive low temperature.
A wine that will surprise you but only in season, because a small number of bottles are made.
