Verano del 82 Vermouth

Verano del 82 or "Summer of 82" Vermouth is a fantastic vermouth made by Bodegas Arloren. Is a Jumilla Natural Vermouth with 100% Monsatrell overripe grapes to obtain the characteristic degree and sweetness of this vermouth. A vermouth with a sweet entrance and with a very local touch due it has 30 Mediterranean botanists.

In the mouth very sweet but with a very persistent after taste that makes you want another one. A vermouth that you will finish it and you will take the bottle home.

Made with a most traditional wine variety from Jumilla "MONASTRELL". The monastrell is a variety of long cycle that together with the continental Mediterranean climate that they have in Jumilla, wines with great alcohol content are obtained. The grape is harvested when they can obtain a wine with an alcoholic degree of more than 16 alcoholic degrees. The process of alcoholic fermentation is done in the traditional way but when the fermentation reaches 15 alcoholic degrees, they proceed to stopping it to preserve the natural sugars contained in the grape. After the alcoholic fermentation the wine obtained is filtered and left to macerate and age in 500 lt. French oak barrels along with aromatic plants, roots and flowers.

Mahogany color with orange reflections, dense but without turbidity. The nose is very intense with notes of aromatic herbs and spices, we also find balsamic notes that provide a pleasant bitter touch. In the mouth good alcoholic intensity but with a perfect balance with the acidity of the product. Very long and original aftertaste, with intense bitter notes, which tell us about the high quality of the product.

The temperature of conservation and consumption should be around 15º. Avoid temperature variations to preserve the organoleptic qualities of the same. Contains Sulfites.
