Wellcome
I LOVE Vermouth!
Haro – Rioja land of great wines, why not elaborate one of the best appetizers in the World?, the Vermouth.
Martinez Lacuesta winery elaborates this singular vermouth since 1937, maintaining the craftsmanship to don't forget the past essence. With a cold maceration of nutmeg, saffron, cloves, cinnamon, wormwood, sandalwood, among others, alcohol and white wine until it is racked and aged in American oak barrels.
Once we have the base it is combined with white wine, caramel, sugar and alcohol to achieve the desired alcoholic strength. What makes it a bitter, sweet and aromatic drink.
