ELABORATION
La Camerana Pacharan is a liquor made from wild sloes, collected in the forests from Sierra de Cameros, in maceration with anise, cinnamon and coffee. The collection, from October 15th to October 30th, was made in scrubland areas from La Sierra de Cameros.
CATA:
Red, with orange trim. Aromas of berries with toasted coffee memories and a fine aniseed note. In the mouth is sweet, meaty, elegant, with a long and persistent finish that invites its consumption. 25% vol.
RECOMMENDATIONS
Drink very cold in small cup or in a glass cup or wide glass with one or two ice stones.
