We recommend to serve it very cold in small or thin glass and serve with an Iberian ham or jabugo. This combination can be the bane of any great delicacies lover, you will not find an equal substitute. .
Note: this Fino Perdido wine was discovered in Sr. Vermouth from Barcelona, thanks to Jordi Miralles for letting us taste this delight.
