Cecilio Red is the alma mater of Cecilio winery, it's the reflection of its founder. It's a wine from old vineyards, between 30 and 60 years old, in which the main varietal from Priorat area predominates, Garnacha (60%), Carinyena (20%) and Syrah (20%).
Macerating with the breeze for 20 days, once vinified it rests 6 months to be filtered and bottled.
